Suction hose

Suction hose (also known as steel wire suction hose, suction and discharge hose, negative pressure hose), typical features: black rubber hose body, spiral steel wire protrusion on the outer wall (to prevent collapse), stiff and flexible hose body, and flanges/connectors at both ends.

Structural Features (Four-layer structure, clear and easy to understand)

 Inner rubber layer: Smooth, wear-resistant rubber, corrosion-resistant, scale-resistant, and resistant to particle abrasion; in direct contact with the medium.

    Fabric reinforcement layer: High-strength polyester cord, tensile strength, deformation resistance, and improved pressure resistance.

    Spiral steel wire layer: High-elasticity steel wire, resistant to negative pressure, prevents collapse, and maintains tubular shape (core layer).

    Outer rubber layer: Wear-resistant and weather-resistant rubber, anti-aging, tear-resistant, UV-resistant, and suitable for outdoor use.
